Returns & EXCHANGE POLICY
Delivery must be checked on arrival. No claim after goods received. Clients are required to sign on the front and back of the invoice on arrival, and this will be regarded as there is no issue with the quantity of the stocks the clients received. HB Home Improvements Pty Ltd. does not take any responsibility for any issues with quantity of delivered stocks once the clients sign on the invoice. No returns without discussing. See back for purchase conditions. Fixing of the product constitutes acceptance of the product. We cannot accept any claim once material is laid. Optical Hazing is an inherent characteristic of Polished Porcelain and as such claims for optical hazing will not be entertained. Goods remain the propert of HB Home Improvements untill this account is settled in full. Any returns due to ochange of mind will require prior approval at the discretion of our staff and will incur a 20% handling fee and 10% on any exchanges. Conditions applied. Credits may not be used 3 months from date of issue. Goods may not be returned 2 weeks from date of purchase.
